An adult learning specialist, Glenda’s facilitation expertise centres on developing management and leadership skills.  Her experience in the higher education sector focused on developing employability skills in business graduates involving collaborative work with industry employers, identifying skills and knowledge required by graduates.  From this she developed and delivered a suite of subjects that prepared students for employment.

Glenda’s background in management in both private and public sector organisations ensures she has a strong understanding of both sectors.  She maintains positive relationships with a number of major public sector agencies, having delivered client focused, Graduate Certificate of Management programs and supported in-house management and leadership programs over many years.  She has excellent understanding of organisational cultures which she utilises in her consulting role with Workplace Management Network.

Glenda has extensive experience as a manager and leader in both the State and Federal Public Sectors, ensuring her expertise in providing strategic direction, business planning and achieving business outcomes against national standards.  Glenda also has project management experience, gained through managing major national and local projects from concept to delivery.
