Fixed Price Packaging

With Fixed Price Packaging, both the services and the costs are agreed in advance so you know you’re getting the support you want at a price you can afford. You also have the security of knowing you have a strong relationship with an experienced and knowledgeable professional. Initially, we ensure we understand your business and any areas where you have people management concerns or problems. This is key to us getting to know you and your business.

  • We conduct a detailed audit of your current people management practices – reviewing processes and policies, talking to key people about how Human Resource issues are currently handled.
  • We examine your organisation’s structure, the number and type of employees, clarify key roles and review employment contracts.
  • We discuss your business plan, goals and key business directions so we can work out what people management support you need to help you get there.
  • If you don’t have a current policy manual covering key people management (HR) policies, we can provide the WMN HR Policy Manual, that we’ll customise to suit your business. Simple, clear policies ensure your employees know what’s expected of them and protect you if there are disputes or disagreements in future.
